A popular snack in Jiangnan, sweet and sour, has the effects of nourishing yin and beauty, promoting lactation and breast enhancement, invigorating qi, promoting fluid, and swelling.
The soft glutinous rice balls, sweet Chinese wolfberry and fermented rice, plus the fragrant osmanthus garnish, have both connotation and beauty.
The fermented rice has not been filtered and purified, and the degree is very low, so don't worry if you don't know how to drink.

Osmanthus Fermented Meatballs

1. The glutinous rice flour heats the water and forms a dough.

2. Roll into small balls, add some glutinous rice flour to the bowl to prevent stickiness. (Leave the amount you need at one time, and the more can be frozen)

3. Add water to the pot and select the "steam" function to start the rice cooker.

4. Beat the eggs.

5. After the water has boiled, put the balls in.

6. Add rock sugar.

7. Add the washed goji berries.

8. Boil the meatballs until they float.

9. Slowly pour in the eggs.

10. Add osmanthus.

11. End the program and add fermented rice.

Tips:

1. The fermented rice will become sour after overheating, so add it at the end.
2. The "steaming" function of the rice cooker is used here.
