Osmanthus Glutinous Rice Cake

Prepare glutinous rice cakes, honey, and sweet-scented osmanthus.

Rinse the glutinous rice cakes with water and cut them into long strips.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add glutinous rice cakes, and steam for 5 minutes.

Tips:
1. Rice cakes are usually fried before eating, but I prefer to steam or boil them to eat, which is healthier.
2. Don't cut the glutinous rice cakes into too big pieces, boil the water into the pot and steam, and it will be soft enough for 5 minutes. After a long time, it won't look good (if you don't take pictures, the steamed softness will certainly taste better).
3. Steamed glutinous rice cakes can also be eaten directly with sugar.
