Osmanthus Glutinous Rice Date

Prepare the ingredients, wash the jujube and soak for 30 minutes

Stir the glutinous rice flour with water

Knead it into a smooth dough. The dough is a bit drier than this. This is not easy to knead into a dough. Later I added glutinous rice flour.

Tips:
Another method is to boil the wrapped glutinous rice dates in a pot, and when they are almost cooked, put the sweet osmanthus into the fry, but that method is not easy to master the heat, the red dates are easy to peel, and the appearance is not good. I am a novice in this method. It can be operated and is very simple.
