Soak the glutinous rice 4 hours in advance.

Wash the lotus root, peel it, and cut a piece from one end.

You can use a cup to fix the lotus root, use funnel chopsticks to stuff the lotus root with rice, and fill it with rice.

Cover the cut lotus root on the lotus root joint filled with rice and fix it with a toothpick.

Fill the pressure cooker with water, add brown sugar and red dates, press for 30 minutes after the high heat is turned on, and simmer until it is naturally discouraged.

Tips:
