Osmanthus Honey Wine
1.
Pick up the freshly picked sweet-scented osmanthus and clean it up.
2.
Remove the flower stems, and withered.
3.
Let it cool for half a day after cleaning it up
4.
Add sugar and mix well. First make sweet osmanthus. This step is to remove the tannins from the flowers and make them taste better.
5.
Put it in an oil-free and water-free glass container, cover and marinate for one to two days.
6.
Then you can add some rock sugar to the white wine. Store sealed. The best taste after one year of storage. When it is opened again, the fragrance is tangy and refreshing.
Tips:
The wine must be high-quality white wine, it is best to have the best taste without blending.
