Osmanthus Honey Yam

Add a teaspoon of vinegar to the water. (The vinegar is added to prevent the yam from oxidizing and discoloring) Peel the yam and put it in water

Cut the yam into strips of about the same thickness. Add water to the pot, boil, add yam after the water is boiled, and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium and low heat

It's too cold. (Must be cold water)

Put it on a plate, drizzle with sweet-scented osmanthus honey, and serve.
