Osmanthus Lotus Rice

Prepared lotus root

Wash and peel, and cut open one end of the lotus root

Wash the glutinous rice

Stuff the glutinous rice and keep getting it in. You can use chopsticks to help, or you can squeeze it, and the rice will leak.

Cover the newly cut lotus root joints and tie them with toothpicks

Into the pressure cooker, add rock sugar, 30 grams of sweet-scented osmanthus sugar

The pressure cooker takes about 30 minutes. It can be sliced after cooking. Take 20 grams of sweet-scented osmanthus and warm water or honey and boil
8.
Place a plate and drizzle with sweet osmanthus juice
