Osmanthus Lotus Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for one hour

Select the lotus root section and wash

Cut a section from the lotus root and keep it as a lid

Fill the lotus root hole with glutinous rice and mash it with chopsticks. Cover the lotus root cover and fix it with toothpicks. Peel the lotus root body.

Add water to the pot and cook for half an hour, add brown sugar and rock sugar, continue to cook for half an hour

You can easily penetrate the lotus root with a toothpick, and you can get it out

Remove the cover of lotus root, slice into a plate

Pour it with sweet-scented osmanthus honey (this is my homemade), if not, use honey

The soft and sweet glutinous rice and lotus root is ready, isn’t it very simple~^o^
