Osmanthus Lotus Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 2-3 hours

Wash the lotus root and remove the outer skin, use a knife to cut off two or three centimeters from one end of the lotus root together with the lotus root, and save it as a lid

Fill the lotus root with the glutinous rice that has been soaked, filling it with chopsticks while filling it

After putting glutinous rice in the lotus root eyes, put the lid on the lotus root, and fix the seal with a toothpick.
Put the stuffed glutinous rice and lotus root in an electric pressure cooker, pour water over the lotus root, put brown sugar, rock sugar and red dates in it and start cooking

Take the cooked glutinous rice and lotus root out and let it cool for a while and then slice it for consumption
