Osmanthus Lotus Rice
1.
Soak the glutinous rice half an hour in advance
2.
Peel the lotus root and wash it
3.
Cut one end of the lotus root, don’t cut too much, otherwise the rice will come out easily when cooking
4.
Use chopsticks to stuff the soaked glutinous rice into the lotus root hole, so that the rice inside will be full after cutting.
5.
After filling, put the other half of the cut through with a toothpick, and then use the same method to make the other half
6.
Put the sweet-scented osmanthus in the bag
7.
Put the water, brown sugar, and ingredients in the pressure cooker and boil
8.
It will be cooked in about 20 minutes. Take out a measure and place it on a plate. Then add the soup. It has the aroma of glutinous rice and the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus. It is sweet but not greasy. It is delicious.
