Soak the glutinous rice in water for four to five hours.

Peel the lotus root, wash it, and pour glutinous rice in the eyes of the lotus root.

Seal the lotus root with a toothpick and put it in a pressure cooker. Add water, brown sugar, rock sugar, lotus seeds, and dried osmanthus.

Boil the lotus root in a pressure cooker for an hour to soften it.

Stir the remaining glutinous rice into rice paste with an appropriate amount of water.

Pour the rice paste into the pressure cooker, and keep stirring after boiling it again to avoid mashing the pan. Turn off the heat and pour the osmanthus sauce.
