Osmanthus Lotus Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water that has not been glutinous rice for 1 night

Wash the lotus root, peel it off, cut off one end, don’t throw it away

Use chopsticks to fill the soaked glutinous rice into the holes of the lotus root. Be patient

Cover the cut lotus root joints and fix them with toothpicks

Put brown sugar and rock sugar in the pressure cooker,

Add in the lotus root water and cook in a pressure cooker for 30-40 minutes. Let cool, slice it, and top with sweet-scented osmanthus sauce before serving. It tastes better after being refrigerated
Tips:
Never use an iron pan to cook, otherwise the lotus root will turn black and affect the quality.
