Osmanthus Paste Rice Wine

1. If there is no ready-made glutinous rice ball, you can use a small amount of glutinous rice flour, add a little water to grab the rice flour into a suitable wet and dry ball, and then pull it into small pieces

2. Just round them one by one and put them in the dish for later use

3. Put enough water to boil the wolfberry and red dates in the pot, then add the small round berries after the water is boiled

4. Cook until the balls float, add the prepared rice wine

5. After boiling again, add lotus root powder that has been boiled with cold water

6. While adding, stir quickly in the pot with a spoon to prevent the lotus root flour from clumping or uneven, then add some sweet osmanthus or osmanthus to increase the fragrance and turn off the fire.
