I went to the supermarket and looked at the ingredient list of various red bean pastes. When I came back, I also studied adding some seasonings to change the taste. This time I added sweet-scented osmanthus sauce and it tasted better than simple red bean paste.

Osmanthus Red Bean Paste

1. Rinse the red beans with water several times to remove impurities and deflated beans.

2. Pour into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker, add water,

3. Select the bean program. When the program is over, the red beans have fully absorbed the water and will be crushed as soon as they are crushed.

4. Use a food processor to make a fine paste,

5. Pour into the bread bucket, add brown sugar, corn oil and refined salt, select the jam function,

6. When the program runs for 15 minutes, add osmanthus sauce,

7. After the program runs, the sweet-scented osmanthus red bean paste is ready.

8. Put it into the fresh-keeping box and keep it in a sealed refrigerator.

Tips:

This sweet-scented sweet-scented osmanthus red bean paste is a relatively dry one. It can be eaten directly or made into balls for dessert.
