Osmanthus, Red Date, Lotus Root

Prepare the ingredients, peel the lotus root, soak the glutinous rice for half an hour

Lotus root cut open top

Use chopsticks to stuff the soaked glutinous rice into the hole.

Put the red dates, osmanthus, brown sugar and lotus root in the pressure cooker
