Osmanthus Scented Yam Puree
1.
Wash the yam with the skin and steam it in a steamer.
2.
Soak the sweet-scented osmanthus with a little boiled water.
3.
The steamed yam peels off the skin while it is hot.
4.
Add appropriate amount of sweet milk to the yam, and then press it into yam mud.
5.
Use a spoon to scoop the yam puree into a ball and place it on the plate.
6.
After the sweet-scented osmanthus water cools, add appropriate amount of honey and stir well.
7.
Pour the honey osmanthus juice on the yam puree.
Tips:
The steamed yam is a bit softer, and the mud that comes out from the back is more delicious. When pressing the yam puree, add an appropriate amount of pure milk to it, which will make the yam puree softer and more fragrant. If you like to eat more desserts, you can add an appropriate amount of sugar to the freshly steamed yam puree.
