Osmanthus Taibai Pulled Cake

The materials are weighed and ready.

Glutinous rice flour is mixed with wheat starch and white sugar.

Put the softened butter in, pour in the white wine, and stir by hand.

Add water several times.

Stir to make a paste.

Pour it into a tin foil mold, smooth the surface, and steam it in a cold water steamer for about 35 minutes.

Tips:
1. Put a piece of greased paper in the tin foil mold in advance, which is easy to demould.
