Otaku Beans
1.
Mince the green onion, mince the ginger and garlic and set aside.
2.
Cut the cowpea into small pieces the size of diced ham.
3.
Heat the oil in the Adi pan to 80% heat, and fry the onion, ginger, and minced garlic in the pan to create a fragrance.
4.
When the diced cowpea and diced ham start to fry, wait for the color of the cowpea to slowly change to dark green.
5.
Add "Mapo Tofu" ingredients (available on the market). Add according to your own taste. If you like heavy taste, put all the ingredients in a bag.
6.
Stir continuously until the cowpea is soft and tasty. If you want the cowpeas to soften quickly, add some water and simmer slightly. Just add some salt and chicken bouillon just before it is out of the pot. (Generally, the flavor of the ingredients is heavier. After tasting, I will consider whether to add it.)
Tips:
It is best to use "Mapo Tofu" ingredients, which will have a more flavorful flavor.
