Oven Roasted Chicken Whole Leg

Then soak it in water for half an hour to remove some blood. If the blood soaked is relatively red, change the water. Let the soaked chicken drumsticks dry slightly, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, pour in the roasting ingredients according to the recipe instructions, wear gloves and knead, let the seasoning and the drumsticks knead thoroughly. There is salt in the seasoning. Don't put too much light soy sauce. It will be salty, so you can leave it alone. There are no ready-made roasting ingredients to make by yourself, five spice powder, chili powder, pepper, etc., as you like.

Tips:
1. The whole chicken thigh is thicker. It is recommended to make a few cuts to make it easier to taste, but don't cut it. Just poke some holes on the skin side, which will not affect the whole.
2. The seasoning can be bought ready-made grilled wings and grilled chicken ingredients, which are sold online in supermarkets, and can also be blended according to your own preferences. It is not difficult. It's best to marinate it overnight.
3. The specific temperature and time are adjusted according to your own oven. Generally, the temperature of the barbecue is between 200-220 degrees. The chicken is still relatively easy to cook. If you are really not sure whether it is cooked or not, you can take it out and use a knife to open it. Barbecue is not as sensitive to temperature changes as baking chiffon cakes and bread, so you can take it out to check it out, but don't do it too frequently.
