Oven Vanilla Red Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, cut the large pieces into six pieces, and cut the small pieces into four pieces with a horizontal and vertical cross knife;

Preheat the oven to 450°F and spray a layer of oil on the baking sheet;

In a large bowl, add 1 teaspoon potato wedges and black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon refined salt, 1 teaspoon light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon Heinz wine vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary , 1/2 tsp of thyme, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of corn starch, stir well;

Tips:
1. Add appropriate amount of corn starch when seasoning potatoes to make the skin crisper and Q-like;
2. Heinz red vinegar is not prepared at home. You can add zhejiang vinegar and black vinegar, which is quite fragrant.
