Potatoes Sautéed and Dried

Peel and shred potatoes.

Shred the fragrant dried, slice the green onion, mince the garlic and set aside.

Shred beef.

Add light soy sauce, minced ginger, chopped green onion, cornstarch, stir and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan with a small amount of oil, and stir-fry the beef silky.

The beef changes color and is ready for use.

Heat a pot with a small amount of oil, add minced garlic and sauté.

Pour in shredded potatoes and fry until broken.

Pour in the dried fragrant and fry together for a while.

Add a little Kimlan soy sauce and stir well.

Pour in the fried shredded beef and green onion and stir fry for about 2 seconds.

Season with half a spoon of salt and stir well.
Tips:
1. I fry the shredded beef smoothly in a non-stick pan.
2. Add chicken essence for seasoning.
