Roasted Vegetable Chunks

Cut potatoes and melons into pieces on a hob, onions and peppers, and pick broccoli into small florets, put them all in a large bowl, preheat the oven to 450°F

Add seasonings to the cut vegetables and stir evenly from the bottom sheet with your hands or two large spoons;

Coat the baking tray with vegetable oil and spread the ingredients evenly. Tips:
1. Red potatoes generally do not need to be peeled when roasting;
2. Adding proper amount of vinegar when seasoning can increase fragrance and relieve greasiness;
3. Zhe vinegar can be used instead of Heinz red vinegar.
