Oven Version of Grilled Black Fish

One black fish, I bought one and a half catty, because there are only two people to eat it. The black fish will be processed when I buy it. It will be cleaned directly when it comes back. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, black pepper, salt, and chili, and marinate for at least two hours.

Peel the lotus root, cut into thicker slices, soak in water and set aside

Shred the tofu skin and set aside

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic. Shred the onion and set aside

I forgot to take a picture during the frying process. Just code it. After the fish is marinated, brush a layer of oil under the grill pan, spread onion shreds, make the fish dry with absorbent paper in the kitchen, and then lie on the onion shreds Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, during which time you can fry the auxiliary ingredients. Put the onion, ginger, garlic, bean paste, hot pot ingredients in the hot pan, fry, add water to the bean skin and lotus root, add light soy sauce, salt and sugar, and wait for the fish. After roasting, pour all the fried ingredients into the roasting pan, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and roast for another 10 minutes.
Tips:
I made it for the first time, but the taste is still good, the noodles are a bit dry, but it doesnβt affect the taste, haha
