Oxtail Braised in Tomato Sauce

Wash the oxtail and cut into sections, add the cooking wine and blanch it in the cold water pot

After blanching, rinse with warm water, add ginger and green onions into the pressure cooker, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes after breathing, decompress naturally and serve

Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces, stir in the vegetable oil in the wok until the red oil comes out of the tomatoes, pour in the soft and rotten oxtail

Add soy sauce paste, light soy sauce, sugar and salt. Both soy sauce paste and light soy sauce have a salty taste. Salt must be added in an appropriate amount

Pour into the stock of stewed oxtail and boil on high heat

Turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes, the soup in the pot is thick and ready to be served
