Oyster Bake (oven Version)

Prepare all the ingredients, rinse the oysters and drain them for later use.

Knock the eggs into a large bowl and beat them up.

Add white pepper. (Freshly ground white pepper is best).

Stir well again.

Add a little sweet potato starch, stir well and set aside.

Take out a baking tray and wrap it in tin foil.

Drizzle with a little linseed oil.

Use a small brush to spread evenly.

Spread oysters.

Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

Place cheese sticks in the gap and sprinkle with cheese powder. (The cheese slices can be cut into strips or torn directly.)

Put it in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. (The oven has been maintained at 200 degrees.)

Take out the baking tray directly after baking.

Tips:
