Oyster Baked

Boil the sweet potato powder and water with a moderate amount of water. Add the oysters and chopped chives. Add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, pour the oysters and cook them. Fry them until golden on both sides and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Don't add salt, or it will stick to the pot. Finally, top with fish sauce and pepper, just add according to personal taste.
