Oyster Omelette

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Clean the oyster meat to remove the sticky impurities, drain it for later use; dilute the sweet potato starch with water for later use.

Wash the chives and chop finely, shred the ginger; knock the eggs into a bowl, add the cooking wine, and beat the salt into an egg liquid.

Tips:
1: Add a little cooking wine to the egg liquid to remove fishy.
2: After the oysters are put in the pot, add sweet potato starch to the oysters for a little frying to lock in its moisture as soon as possible to keep the oysters fresh and tender.
