Oyster Sauce

Remove the roots (the ones that have just been pulled out) and wash them.

Prepare garlic and shallots β€οΈ.

Put the oil in the water, bring the dish to the boil ππ, use the chopsticks to turn, soak all in the water, cook for one minute to turn off the heat π use the chopsticks to clamp the plate ππ.

Add oil, stir-fry the garlic, green onion and moss until fragrant, add oyster sauce, mix well, turn off the heat.
5.
Place them appropriately, and pour the burned juice on top ππ.
6.
The finished product πππ.
Tips:
1. The wormwood stalk must be fresh and tender.
2. Use chopsticks to chuck the plate, you can twist the water.
