Oyster Sauce Kale
1.
Wash the kale and cut off the rhizome;
2.
Shave off the skin on the rhizome;
3.
Put water in the pot, put an appropriate amount of salt and a little oil, put the rhizomes first after the water is boiled, and blanch the kale leaves a little later;
4.
After changing the color a little, quickly remove it and place it on the plate;
5.
Place the oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl and mix thoroughly;
6.
Pour the sauce into the pot, boil until bubbling, turn off the heat;
7.
Pour the cooked sauce on the kale; put a little green onion on the kale;
8.
Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the rice spoon and heat it on a low heat until it smokes;
9.
Pour the hot oil on the green onion and kale while the hot oil is hot, and decorate the left and right sides with dried red pepper.
Tips:
The rhizome does not need to be cut into sections. The plate I used is not long enough, so cut into sections and the skin on the rhizome must be shaved off, and the blanching time should not be too long.
