The most common way to eat kale is boiled and oyster sauce, which is the original flavor. After cooking boiled, make oyster sauce.

Oyster Sauce Kale

1. Wash the kale and cut off the rhizome;

2. Shave off the skin on the rhizome;

3. Put water in the pot, put an appropriate amount of salt and a little oil, put the rhizomes first after the water is boiled, and blanch the kale leaves a little later;

4. After changing the color a little, quickly remove it and place it on the plate;

5. Place the oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl and mix thoroughly;

6. Pour the sauce into the pot, boil until bubbling, turn off the heat;

7. Pour the cooked sauce on the kale; put a little green onion on the kale;

8. Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the rice spoon and heat it on a low heat until it smokes;

9. Pour the hot oil on the green onion and kale while the hot oil is hot, and decorate the left and right sides with dried red pepper.

Tips:

The rhizome does not need to be cut into sections. The plate I used is not long enough, so cut into sections and the skin on the rhizome must be shaved off, and the blanching time should not be too long.
