Oyster Sauce Moss

1. Soak the cabbage moss in baking soda water for 15 minutes, wash and remove, remove the old stems and old leaves, and fold them into sections.

2. Heat up the wok and add oil. When the oil is hot, pour in the cabbage moss.

3. Stir-fry for about two or three minutes, and stir-fry the vegetable moss until half-ripe.

4. Pour a spoonful of oyster sauce.

5. Top with light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
