Oyster Tofu Soup

1. Cut the tofu into cubes, and cut the shiitake mushrooms into slices diagonally.

2. The oysters are washed with the original juice to remove the shell residue.

3. Put a little oil in the pan, add garlic slices and saute until fragrant.

4. Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and stir fry until fragrant.

5. Add tofu, water and salt and stew.
