Pan-fried Black Pepper Potatoes

Peel the steamed potatoes. I steamed the potatoes by the way when steaming rice.

Cut hob block

Heat a pan on low heat, add butter to melt

Add the cut potato pieces and fry on low heat

Fry until golden on all sides

Add black pepper and salt to taste

Fry for another minute or so until it tastes good
