Thick Omelette with Cheese

Dice onions, green peppers, red peppers, bacon, and cooked potatoes.
TIPS: Remember to remove the chili peppers from the green and red peppers, so as not to affect the taste.

Take a small bowl, beat three eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and beat well and set aside.

Add a small amount of salad oil to the pot, then add green and red peppers, onions, bacon, potatoes and stir fry. You can add salt and black pepper to taste.
TIPS: Stir-fry the green and red peppers until softened, then add other ingredients to achieve the best taste.
