Potato Soup

                                1.
Shred the onion, put 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and heat it over a medium-to-small heat. When it has melted, add the sliced onion and fry until light yellow.

                                2.
Put the boiled potatoes, fried onions and 2 cups of milk in a blender, stir and mix well.

                                3.
Pour the potatoes, onions, and milk mixed in the mixer into the pot, add 1/4 spoon of salt, cook over medium heat until thick, and stir while cooking. (Ps: The amount of salt added can be different according to personal preference, just add an appropriate amount)

                                4.
Cut the bread into small pieces, put 1 spoon of butter in the pan, put in the cut bread cubes after melting, and fry until ready for later use.

                                5.
Pour the potato soup in the pot into a bowl, sprinkle with black pepper and fried bread cubes.
