Pan-fried Black Pepper Steak

The steak is ordered online and comes with black pepper butter and tomato sauce. The taste is not bad and not very expensive. However, you can also go to the market to buy beef for steak, which is fresher and cheaper.

The steaks are bought in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Before frying, you should thaw it naturally or soak it in warm water through a bag like I did. Because the moisture of the beef in the steak is very important, excessive washing and soaking in water will cause moisture loss in the beef and affect the taste. When thawing the beef, blanch the broccoli and slice the luncheon meat and red sausage for later use.

Heat the pan with butter, and heat the oil with the steak. Fry over medium-high heat to lock in moisture, then fry over low heat. The length of time depends on the degree of ripeness you like. The black pepper sauce can be put in before the pot, or it can be heated separately before being poured on.
