Pan-fried Black Pepper White Ling Mushroom

Wash Bailing mushrooms and slice them. Bailing mushrooms are relatively large and thick, so I sliced them directly in the shape of Bailing mushrooms.

Put butter in the pan.

Add the sliced Bailing mushroom slices.

Add the right amount of salt.
