Pan-fried Diaozi Fish

1. Dispose of the fish.

2. Cut the ginger, shallots, and dried red pepper, and wash the peppercorns.

3. Put the fish in a bowl, add salt and pepper, then add ginger, shallots, Chinese pepper, and dried red pepper, mix well and marinate for more than an hour.

4. Heat the pot, add cooking oil and cook until it smokes, then add the marinated fish. (Do not add dried red peppers, ginger, spring onions, these ingredients are easy to fry.)

5. Fry until golden brown, turn the other side, turn to medium low heat and fry slowly.
