Pan-fried Fish Fillet

Wash the fish fillet → drain the water → cut 4cm square.

Put it on the kitchen paper → absorb the surface moisture.
3.
Coat a layer of starch evenly on both sides → pat tightly.
4.
Heat oil in a pan → add fish fillets and fry on low heat → until golden on both sides.
5.
Put it on absorbent paper to absorb the oil → sprinkle a little oregano.
