Pan-fried Golden Thread

The fish has been killed by the fish stall owner, and put a little sea salt on it. (You can also take it home and salt it for half an hour). Clean it again, rinse off the excess salt and fry it in the pot. Wash the ginger and green onions for later use. .

Tips:
1. Because it has been salted in advance and seasoned with soy sauce, no additional salt is needed for frying.
