Spicy Golden Thread

Prepare materials. Remove old roots of soybean sprouts, wash and cut small celery. Wash the golden threads. Put the sesame sauce, ribs sauce, peanut butter, oyster sauce, and sesame oil into a bowl, add a little cold water, and make a sauce.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the bean sprouts and celery, and place them on the bottom of the plate.

Golden threads are patted with starch. Boil the oil pan to 6-7 percent hot, add golden threads

1. Golden thread fish can also be replaced with beef slices or pork slices.
