Pan-fried Grass Carp
1.
Fresh grass carp is slaughtered clean, drained, cut into small pieces (take the meat, fish head and the big bone in the middle), put a small spoon of salt to marinate for about an hour.
2.
Each piece of fish pours a little cornstarch.
3.
Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pan, heat it over high heat, add the fish pieces, and fry on medium heat until slightly charred.
4.
Turn it over and fry until slightly charred.
5.
Flip again and fry until golden brown.
6.
The sides are also fried until golden brown.
7.
Pour in soy sauce and turn to low heat.
8.
Turn the pieces of fish carefully so that each piece of fish is evenly coated with soy sauce.
9.
Turn off the heat to serve.
10.
Super meal.
Tips:
The fish cooked in this way basically has no fishy smell, so I didn't even put ginger in it. Friends who like spicy food can add chili noodles when pouring in soy sauce.
