Pan-fried Herring with Cumin

Thaw herring.

Remove the gills and internal organs of herring and wash them.
3.
Make a few strokes on the fish.
4.
Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper, marinate for half an hour, pat a little cornstarch.
5.
Heat the pan with cooling oil, put the fish in the pan, and fry slowly.
6.
Fry until browned on both sides and then out of the pan.
7.
Sprinkle with cumin powder and enjoy.
Tips:
A little cornstarch can effectively prevent the fish from falling out.
