Herring has thick meat and few spines, and its meat is fresh and tender. It is a must-have for my family's table. Simply fry it, the taste is superb, one piece per person is not enough. "

Pan-fried Herring with Cumin

1. Thaw herring.

2. Remove the gills and internal organs of herring and wash them.

3. Make a few strokes on the fish.

4. Add salt, cooking wine, and pepper, marinate for half an hour, pat a little cornstarch.

5. Heat the pan with cooling oil, put the fish in the pan, and fry slowly.

6. Fry until browned on both sides and then out of the pan.

7. Sprinkle with cumin powder and enjoy.

Tips:

A little cornstarch can effectively prevent the fish from falling out.
