Pan-fried Long Lee Fish

Wash the longli fish and cut into appropriate size segments.

Marinate with a little sea salt and black pepper for 10 minutes.

Beat the eggs.

Dip the marinated longli fish with egg mixture.
5.
Sprinkle a little starch.

Pour a little olive oil into the pot.

Add the longli fish and fry it.

Wait until both sides are fried to golden brown before serving. Dip with mustard when eating.
Tips:
The dipping sauce can be replaced with other seasonings according to your preference.
