Jade Jade Dumplings

Add a little water to the spinach leaves and squeeze the juice with a food processor.

Add the flour and spinach juice to make a green dough. Add water and flour to make a white dough.

Peel the fish and cut the pork into pieces and set aside.

Add minced pork, mustard, chives, salt, minced ginger, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and sesame oil to the fish.

For the fish, I use Longli fish, you can also choose your favorite fish.
