Fish Sausage

Put the fish and pork into the grinder cup of the wall breaker.

Beat for half a minute.

Soak the green onion and ginger 20 minutes in advance, then filter out the green onion and ginger water for later use.

Pour the scallion and ginger water in the pot into the meat. Continue to beat for half a minute.

The whipped meat is very delicate. Add salt and children's soy sauce to taste. No children's soy sauce can be replaced with light soy sauce.

Add corn starch.

Stir well evenly.

Put it into a piping bag and squeeze it into the mold.
9.
Cover the lid and steam in a water basket for 20 minutes.
10.
The steamed sausage meat is rich and fragrant.
