Pan-fried Matsutake

Scrape the fresh matsutake mushrooms gently with a knife to remove the dirt on the surface, and then wash it off.

Cut into 2mm pieces.

Heat a pan, add a little olive oil to heat

Add the matsutake, let the matsutake emit a fragrance, sprinkle with salt and fry until slightly dry (the dryness is controlled by yourself).
