Pan-fried Matsutake

Fresh matsutake.

Take 3 trees.

Matsutake is very fat.
4.
Take a soft brush and rinse off the dirt on the surface with running water.
5.
Take kitchen paper to soak up the moisture and cut into slices.
6.
Put a small piece of butter in the pan to melt.
7.
Fry the matsutake mushrooms in a pan until golden on both sides.
8.
