Pan-fried Meatloaf

The pork front leg is chopped into minced meat.

Cut the chives into minced pieces and place them on the minced meat, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, two eggs, pepper and starch.

Beat the minced meat in a clockwise direction.

Put a small amount of cooking wine in the palm of your left hand, put your mass of minced meat on the palm of your hand, and beat it into a pie with your hands repeatedly.

Heat the pan and release the oil. Put the meatloaf into the pan and fry one by one.

Fry until browned on both sides.

With a little base oil left in the pot, pour in the fried meatloaf, add appropriate amount of sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, add some water to boil, turn to medium heat and cook until the soup is dry.

Lift the pot and serve it on the plate.
