Pan-fried Octopus
1.
I like to cut off the head and tail of the octopus and eat it first. Cut the fish body into sections and add appropriate amount of water to the box and put it in the refrigerator. After freezing, remove the box and put it in a bag and store it in the refrigerator. Just take it out to melt the ice when you want to eat it. This method can be stored for two to three months without any problem.
2.
Wash the hairtail and marinate it for half an hour.
3.
Beat the eggs with a little salt.
4.
Add a proper amount of oil to the pan and heat it up, then dip the octopus evenly with the egg liquid and place it in the pan and fry on medium heat.
5.
After seven or eight minutes, both sides will be golden and ready to be out of the pot.
6.
Hairtail is especially suitable for frying and has a tangy fragrance.
7.
A dish that both adults and children like.
Tips:
Personally think that hairtail is most suitable for frying with egg liquid, do not add starch or flour, which will affect the taste.
