Pan-fried Pomfret

Clean the white pomfret, make a few strokes on the back of the fish, and put it in a bowl

Add ginger, salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and grab it with your hands. Marinate for about half an hour.

Put oil in the pot and fry the white pomfret slowly
4.
Fry until golden on both sides. Can be sprinkled with cumin or chili powder
Tips:
Frying is more convenient if there is a pan
